Job Description:

• Manage online job posting on indeed, naukri, facebook etc.
• Recruitment - 80% and Operations - 20%
• Manage HR executives, allocate tasks
• Interview candidates and schedule ideal ones with the directors
• Train new joiners, host induction
• Performance manage underperforming staff in conjunction with the line managers
• Run pay roll, keep record of leaves etc.
• Host Staff engagement activities
• Resolve employee queries and issues
• Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals, Disciplinary Procedures
• Implement new staff policies
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
  

1+ years of Experience Required.

Shift Time: 11AM to 8PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Location: Chembur

Immediate Joiners Preferred.
