Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Maintain personal records and agreements for all staff.
 Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
 Monthly Payroll management.
 Leave Management of employees.
 Designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
 Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and solving related problems.
 Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
 Design compensation and benefits packages
 Implement performance review procedures
 Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
 Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
 Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
 Monitor HR department’s budget
 Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
 Manage employees’ grievances
 Create and run referral bonus programs
 Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
 Measure employee retention and turnover rates
 Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Desired Candidate Profile:
 Past experience in payroll and Leave Management
 Excellent organization, communication and computer skills
 Excellent time management skills
 Any Consultancy background candidate /Experience in HR for Minimum 2 years.
 Excellent communication skills knowledge about healthcare recruitment
 Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
