Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain personal records and agreements for all staff.
Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
Monthly Payroll management.
Leave Management of employees.
Designing and implementing employee engagement activities.
Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and solving related problems.
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance review procedures
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department’s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Manage employees’ grievances
Create and run referral bonus programs
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Desired Candidate Profile:
Past experience in payroll and Leave Management
Excellent organization, communication and computer skills
Excellent time management skills
Any Consultancy background candidate /Experience in HR for Minimum 2 years.
Excellent communication skills knowledge about healthcare recruitment
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
