Job Description: 1. Understand higher authority requirement and JD 2. Screening, Sourcing & shortlisting candidate from different sources 3. Calling suitable candidate and line them up for interview with senior management 4. Keep records of candidate and update tracker on timely basis 5. Ensuring offered candidates join by establishing a good rapport with candidates and through follow up.
Candidates Requirement: 1. Candidates should have experience in recruitment. Preferably Insurance industry. Fresher will do 2. Possess good communication skills 3. Minimum 1 year of hardcore Recruitment experience. 4. Immediate joiners would be preferred.
