Job Description
Location: Mira Road (E)
CTC: 10k to 15k in hand

- Process of end-to-end recruitment.
- Extensive sourcing and head hunting through different portals like shine, monster, LinkedIn, etc. and social media
- Screening and shortlisting the candidates.
- Taking telephonic rounds and evaluating the candidates.
- Following up with the candidates till the interview is done.
- Giving feedback to the candidates, salary negotiations.
- Knowledge of BFSI, segment is preferred
- Maintaining daily MIS report
- Fresher's and min 6 month experience are eligible for an interview
- Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
