• Responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Sourcing & Screening of candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals
• Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment process
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for critical and recurring roles as well as a branding to various sources of hiring for future employment opportunities
• Monitoring the On-Board Formalities, Induction & Orientation programs for new joiner
• Coordinating with In House employees and Recruitment Consultancy
