• Assisting in managing the entire HR department.
• Managing employee, consultant & Leave Management database with constant update on details of all departments.
• Handling HR operations like PF, IT Declarations, etc.
• All Visa/Police Verification/FRRO/PAN for Foreign faculty and also managing Adhoc request.
• Manpower Planning & Management and ensuring time keeping and discipline of employees and adhering to the work culture.
• Organizing various events in TSM such as Diwali party, traditional day.
• Managing Online and offline database for all employees.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring of attendance of employees to ensure punctuality.
• Handling recruitment and onboarding process for staff, faculty and consultants.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• Preparing all relevant HR letters/contracts.
• Resolving grievances or queries of employees.
• Assisting in Payroll Management and Full & Final settlement of employees.
• Building & Maintaining business relationships.
• Assisting in conducting joining formalities & exit processes for employees.
