Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
On boarding coordination and documentation compliance.
Candidate Counseling and and Followup

Monitor HR department’s budget

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Manage employees’ grievances

Create and run referral bonus programs

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1 year of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
