Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Candidate should have good communication skills.
Handling recruitments right from sourcing the candidates to sending them the offer letter.
Handling Induction for the new candidates.
The Candidate should be well versed with various job portals.
Coordinating with Managers for interview scheduling and taking the feedback.
Handling employees grievances.
Supporting payroll at the later stage of the candidate.
Handling internal activities with the admin department.
Handling Campus recruitments and coordinating for seminars.
