- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Mass mailing, Networking & Employee Referrals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conducting & Co-ordinating campus recruitment
- Organizing and maintaining employee personnel records
- Participate in conducting first level orientation of new joinee, documentation
