Job Description: HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Marketing King Online Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes. Here’s what the role entails:

Candidate Screening and Onboarding: You will be responsible for screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement within the organization.

HR Policies: Develop and maintain fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them.

Learning and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives for all employees.

Budget Management: Monitor the HR department’s budget.

Labor Legislation: Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues.

Grievance Handling: Manage employee grievances effectively.

Referral Programs: Create and run referral bonus programs.

Technology Evaluation: Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Good knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, leaves, and insurance.
Demonstrable leadership abilities and solid communication skills.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
