Job Description

  • Sourcing relevant profiles through different modes such as job portals, references, etc.
  • Screening profiles on the basis of the job description provided by the client.
  • Taking a preliminary interview of the candidate by talking to him/her over phone so that a screening is done on an initial level.
  • Scheduling telephonic or Face-to-Face interviews according to the requirement.
  • Attendance Management,
  • Employee Engagement & On-boarding,
  • Managing Statutory Compliance
  • Payroll, Tax calculation
