Proven proficiency in MS office Products along with hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
Phenomenal attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Experience working in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes
Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage
Serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
Experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures
Can work on improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently
Reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented as well as flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly
Committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
