RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain office efficiency by implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
  • Hiring with Naukri, LinkedIn and other available recruitment channels, onboarding, offboarding and induction
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with recruitment agencies
  • The background check of employees, visa processing and travel booking
  • Work directly with the Directors and Operations Head to arrange accommodation and travels.
  • Negotiate with vendors to and other groups as necessary
  • Oversight and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Basic Bookkeeping
  • Ensure all snack, beverage, and coffee brewing stations/machines are fully stocked, clean and organized.
  • Able to work independently. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
  • Demonstrate the ability to optimize operating expenses
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
  • Create brand awareness; leverage social media and community outreach opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Super organised and efficient
  • Ability to work directly with senior technical staff and Company executives
  • Excellent planning, time-management, negotiating and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success working with IT firms is admirable
  • Professional integrity, discretion and confidentiality
  • Extremely high proficiency with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
