Job Summary
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, Screening Resumes from the Portals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Database collection, arranging an interview, tests, and recruitment.

• Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception.

• Maintaining Employee Database.

• Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.

• Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.

• Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.
