Job Description

**Job Title: HR Executive**

 

**Job Description:**

Sensebite is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management and a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

 

**Responsibilities:**

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

2. Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention, including employer branding initiatives and employee referral programs.

3. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

4. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, identifying training needs and facilitating training sessions as necessary.

6. Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and databases, processing payroll, and administering benefits programs.

7. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising management on HR-related matters.

8. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

9. Conduct HR analytics and reporting to track key HR metrics, trends, and insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

10. Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.

 

**Skills and Experience Required:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

4. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels.

6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.

7. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software applications.

8. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

9. High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
