Responsibilities:

1.       Write and post technical job descriptions.

2.       Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

3.       Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.

4.       Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

5.       Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions etc.

6.       Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.

7.       Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, Relieving and terminating.

8.       Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

9.       Employee Relationship Activities.

10.   Training and Development Activities.

11.   Leaves and Attendance Management.

Requirements:

Mandatory

1.       At least 3 years IT relevant experience required. 

2.       Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

3.       Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

4.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional

1.       Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)

2.       Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

3.       Excellent understanding of HR practices.

4.       Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
