Job Description

Managing payroll , biometric and attendance tracking
Employee on boarding and off boarding activities.
Compile and update employee records.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities Coordinate Hr projects ( meetings, trainings etc).
Maintain statutory compliances.
Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absences, bonus, leaves, advances etc)Grievance handling
