As an executive recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet the organization's needs by finding candidates that match their culture and open job positions.

Responsibilities:

·         Compile and update employee records

·          Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

·          Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

·          Communicate with public services when necessary

·          Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

·          Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

- B.B.A. (HR)                      

- M.B.A (HR)

Location: Surat

Salary: ₹14,000 to - ₹15,000 /month

Working Days- Monday to Saturday
