Job OverviewWe are looking to hire an
experienced, organised, efficient and communicative HR Executive to facilitate
various HR needs of the organisation.
The HR executive’s responsibilities
include planning of staffing levels within the different units in the
organisation, recruiting suitable candidates, liaising between the organisation
and different Government agencies, external regulatory bodies, co-ordinating
within the organisation in implementing the regulations, advising the decision
makers in formulations and amendments of the internal regulatory policy,
enhancing technical support for the organisation.
You should be able to enforce
compliance with various Government regulations and the renewal of different
regulatory approvals and certifications.

Executive, you should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, must be
self-motivated, capable of promptly and effectively monitoring, coordinating
and communicating strategic objectives and ability to thrive in a fast-paced
and high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities and Duties Regulatory Affairs

Provide
administrative support to the Manager
·
Maintain
thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that
impacts the other entities of contact
·
Collaborate
and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
·
Acting
as contact point for all external agency
·
Keeping
lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or
organisation
·
Facilitating
meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organisations
·
Develop
and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities
·
Compile
and analyse reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about an
important issue for the organisation
·
Proactively
solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the organisation
and the other entity
·
Promptly
respond to incidents and other events as necessary
·
Act
as a positive representation of the organisation to the community and external
agencies.
Human Resource
· Recruit,
coach, mentor and oversee new employee onboarding.
· Provide
oversight and direction to the employee in the operating unit in accordance
with the organisation’s policies and procedures
- Consciously create a workplace
culture that is consistent with the overall
organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles,
and values of the
organization
- Lead employees using a performance
management and development process that provides an
overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and
includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning
- Lead employees to meet the organization's
expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal
accomplishment
- Maintain employee work schedules including
assignments, job
rotation, training, vacations and paid time off,
telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling
- Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately
communicate organization information through
department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM
(Instant Messaging),and regular interpersonal communication
· Maintain
Employee data, records, registers along with statutory and regulatory
requirements pertaining to employees
· Other
duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in a
managerial or supervisory role within an organisation preferably in HR.
- Ability to establish and
nurture beneficial business relationships.
- Proficient in all
Microsoft Office applications and Tally Prime.
- The ability to multitask
and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiatives and solve
complex problems
- Outstanding time
management skills and effective communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills to analyse data and create necessary reports.
- Capability to negotiate
with and influence others.
