Candidate Will be responsible for entire end to end recruitment cycle including stakeholder management.
Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, Mapping, Headhunting etc.
Telephonically screening & short listing candidates as per the JD & JS
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.
Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
Coordinating with the candidates till they are on board.
Minimum 1 - 4 years of experience in volume or sales or ITES or BPO hiring.
Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
Must be fluent in English, Tamil.
