Job Description:
• Good knowledge in IT and Non IT recruitment / Interest to work in recruitment.
• Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Groups, Social Media and References and validating the profiles according to the Job Description.
• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic Interview with the eligible Candidates.
• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to learn and effective people management skills
