• Conducting the Initial Level Pre Screening telephonic

• Checking on the Candidates Attitude, Communication Level and
negotiating on the salary accordingly.
• Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with the candidates.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, flair to
learn and effective people management skills
