● Scanning
and uploading of new joiners documents and data entry in Peoplesoft
● Temporary manpower
● Sending
emails to all managers and capturing attendance and leaves
● Managing
joining and exit of temp staff
● Managing
temporary manpower compliances as per the Contract Labor Act
● Apprentices
● Tracking
joining and exit of apprentices
● Their
registration in govt. portal
● Dispatching
full & final documents on same day and tracking details
● Coordinating
internally in the team on day to day basis as & when required
● Coordinating
with external team on HR projects & work related matters as & when
required.
