• Handling end to end Recruitment Process. • Responsible for day to day HR Operations. • Joining formalities, Induction and Orientation Training. • Maintaining HRIS and MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis. • Depth Knowledge of Performance Appraisal Polices and Process. • Good knowledge of employee engagement. • Developing and implementing HR Polices, Process and strategies. • Excellent knowledge of Payroll Processing System and Process. • Knowledge of PF, ESIC, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and other labour compliances. • Responsible for the exit-Interviews Formalities and Full and Final Settlements.
