Roles and Responsibilities
Involved in assisting the Head - Human Resource Director & Corporate Head HR on a day to day basis.
•Involved in the daily calendar management.
•Involved in Co – Ordinating with the Travel Desk and taking care of the Leader’s travel,
transport and accommodation during the Onsite visits.
•Coordinating with the IT Department, Facility Desk and the Travel department.
•Involved in scheduling Internal, External and Webex Meetings of the Leader and the respective manager
•Involved in booking and blocking of Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms
and Video Conference Room as per the need of the Directors,
Managers and Team Members.
•Involved in raising requests for the Distribution List Updation as & when there is a change in the
Direct Reporting among the teams.
•Involved in Co – Ordinating between HRs, Managers and the Candidates during Interviews.
•Involved in taking care of the New Hires and their joining formalities of new Team members and Contractors.
•Coordinating with the HR in handling the exit formalities of the Team Members and Contractors from
different locations
•Co-ordinating b/w the Finance Department and the Vendors in order to make the Payments of the Contractors on a periodical basis.
•Responsible in Organizing Events across various team for different occasions.
•Responsible for submitting the onsite travel expense bills of the Managers in the concur website for the reimbursement.
•Involved in maintaining a clear stock and supply of stationeries needed by the team.
•Involved in monitoring the transition of Team Members within different teams and updating the same in the software according to their designation.
•Coordinating with the IT Department, Facility Desk and the Travel department in assisting the Leaders (Visitors) on their official visit to India.
•Involved in assisting the managers in photocopying, scanning etc.
•Making PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Datasheets, whenever needed.
Required Skills:
Proven MIS advanced excel experience in HR profile with 1 year to 2 years of experience
Good English comm skills required
Should be proficient with MSOffice, Advance Excel.
Salary: Rs 30000 per month
Location: Mumbai ( Lower parel )
