Entire Recruitment Process Details-Creating Network, Sourcing candidates, conduct phone interview, schedule
interview andalso coordinate between hiring manager and the candidate.
Employees Induction & Joining documentation, Adhaar, ID cards, Attendance & Biometric, Bank a/c Opening,
Trainings, etc.
Employees support in local compliance related issues and local liasoning with authorites for labour license, legal
cases, ESIC, PF, Insurance, Accidents, etc.
Customers & compliance Audit management
Maintain All Registers under CLRA Act-Monthly at client Site as applicable under labour laws:
