Completing the joining formalities such as taking the necessary documents/certificates from new joinees and roll out the offer/appointment to them and completing the necessary formalities. Maintaining and updating Individual Employee File Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. Should be capable to handle a team as well Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, Documentation, Documents verification etc.
Skills required for the HR Executive Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR Strong Communication and Articulation skills. Good verbal and written skills. Good knowledge of MS Office. Should be multitasking. Organize & supervise other office activities Willingness to learn new domain and techniques of recruitment
