Designation: HR Executive
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR)
Minimum Experience: 2 years with Manufacturing Company
Marathi language (Read, Write, Speak) mandatory
1. Excellent Experience into Admin Work (Canteen , Transportation, Housekeeping, Attendance, Contract Labor,etc)
2. Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (Factories Act, Minimum Wages act, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, PF, ESIC, Contract Labour, Industrial Dispute Act, etc) is mandatory.
3. Must be able to support Manager in IR visiting to relevant Government authorities for Compliance related matters.
4. Provide Relevant support to Compliance and Customer audits.
5. Must have experience in MIS related activities.
1. Must have experience into attendance and Payroll Processing.
