Responsibilities and Duties
Database collection, arranging interview, tests, and recruitment.
Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception.
Maintaining Employee Database.
Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.**
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
Ability to deal people politely.
Willingness to learn.
