Arranging and on boarding of leasing staff. Helping in the efficient running of shop floor work-centres while maintaining local compliance. Timely action on training needs of Manufacturing and operations personnel. Improving the efficiency of staff Involving in HR related issues preventing legal problems Maintenance of HR compliance related to the factory. Performing daily and monthly contractual/ leasing staff attendance, arrange daily requirement of contractual labour from designated contractor along with their necessary on boarding document requirement. Ensuring accurate Monthly salary calculations for contractual/ leasing staff. Co-ordination for employee on boarding/ exit formalities for employees located in the plant. Arranging for training, lectures, seminars for staff and contractual/leasing staff. Ensuring Compliance with ISO, IATF, OHSAS, HSE, and any other certifications as per requirements mentioned in the certification.
