As a member of the HR Department, s/he will assist the department in day-to-day financial accounting, financial reporting, MIS, improving the financial accounting processes, internal controls, reconciliations, and the financial reporting systems.
Joining formalities for all the new hires and joiners
Maintaining Staff Database.
Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
Maintaining & updating employee's files leave records
Experience in administrative and/or customer service
Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel)
Experience in handling cash transactions will be considered as an advantage.
Knowledge of the financial services industry environment, exposure or knowledge of the microfinance sector will be considered an advantage
