Work Experience
- Should have 2-4 years of experience in the same field in the manufacturing firm
Educational Qualification
- Should have MBA degree or MA psychology from a reputed institute
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and manage complete Training & Development Process.
- Arrange and conduct Induction/Orientation of New Joining as per the defined plans.
- Maintain data of total no. of training targeted vs. achieved [KPI].
- Plan a calendar [within 15 days from the date of start of next calendar year] so that once in a qtr. all employees should get involved in some Skill development program. Also, plan need-based external training for improvement of technical/non-technical and interpersonal skills.
- Analyze training needs and plan the sessions accordingly. Maintain all training records.
- Manage file keeping, time-keeping, and other daily HR tasks as assigned.
- Reporting to HOD/Management.

- Should have good training skills,
- Presentable,
- Should have good knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Powerpoint Presentations, EXCEL & Word
- Passionate enough to complete job responsibility energetically on time
- Good command over English [Verbal & Written],
- Ready to take additional responsibility,
- Can commute to other office locations as well.
- Production related training: Lean Management,5S, Six Sigma

- Meerut Road Office, Ghaziabad
Salary
- 20-25 k depending upon the experience.
- We can plan for 3 days in a week or the second half daily.
