Candidates should be able to recruit candidates for Security guards, Supervisors,
Housekeeping, Electrician, Plumber, Gardeners, etc.
Candidates should have the skill sourcing staff in the given time span.
Manage excellent client relationships.
Responsible for the discipline of security staff deployed on the site.
Handing the queries and concerns and issues of the staff.
Handling the disputes and grievances of the staff and clients.
Candidate should have a smartphone and two-wheeler.
Qualification required is PUC and above with manageable English, Hindi, and Kannada.
The candidate should be located 15 km in and around Sarjapura road and bellandur.
Petrol convenience and sim recharge will be provided by the company.
