Job Description

HR Generalist Executive – Hyderabad, India.

Job Description:

  • Desired Profile post graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in HR. Preference for same industry.
  • Will be responsible for HR operations and statutory compliances in the region.
  • Ensuring that all processes operate at 100% efficiency.
  • Should have worked in HR Generalist role, and should have knowledge of HR statutory compliances.
  • Should be confident, result oriented and able to work independently.
  • Attract, retain and develop talent to support growth and business success to ensure 100% resource fulfilment at all times
  • On boarding & Exit Formalities, including Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, transfer letter, reliving letter.
  • Maintaining Leave Policy, employee queries and grievance etc.
  • Handling admin activities.

Qualification:

  • Should be MBA HR/PGDM
  • Good written and verbal communication Skills
  • Basic knowledge and proficient excel
  • Good sense of humor
  • 2-4 years of experience into HR admin & Operations
