• Engage the candidates post offer acceptance and pre-joining
• Responsible for Employee Sat scores
• Candidate onboarding and induction
• Health Check calls to all new employees
• Giving Employee a wow experience on joining
• Handhold and connect the employee from HR perspective
• Champion the employee engagement surveys and activities– online and offline
• Creating engaging content to be used for social media
• Champion the employee engagement surveys and activities
• Research oriented – to know about what’s happening in the industry
• Implement best HR practices
• Stake holder management- Client HR as well as Key Employees of Clients who are on our rolls
• Conduct BGV of the employees
• Social Media – Linkedin / Canva / FB
• Very good Communication Skills ( English / Hindi ) written and verbal
