Job Description

HR Generalist

Salary : 1.80-3.00 Lacs

Description :

  • The incumbent would be responsible for handling end to end HR Generalist related activities.
  • Team building by conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Induction and On-Boarding.
  • Preparing employee document such as offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter etc .
  • Training new or existing employees.
  • HR Policies and HR Manuals. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • Talent Management
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Exit Formalities
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Compliance Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • HR Budgeting
  • General Administration
  • Other activities prescribed by Management.

Criteria :
  • 2+ years of exp in HR with a strong understanding towards HR processes and practices.
  • Willing to take challenges in shaping the organization. 
  • Prior experience in working with recruitment consultancy will be added advantage.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Presentable 
  • MS Office
