We are looking for bright and talented (Female) HR who can efficiently manage the day to day HR operations:

Details :

• Induction of the new entrants for familiarizing them with the Organization culture, policies
• Managing leave management system
• Joining and Exit formalities
• Grievance handling by interaction with the employees.
• Facilitate and assist Recruitment activities as per hiring plans
• Excellent skills in managing Employee Engagement events
• Managing day to day Administration and HR Operations

Must have skills

• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Well organized, ability to multi-task
• Should possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have relevant experience of managing HR functions at a Software Development/IT Organization.
