Roles and Responsiblities
Recruitment and Selection
- Independently handling end to end recruitment for a vertical. Sourcing candidates as per the job requiremen on priority basis.
- Closely work on the resignations, additional and budgeted manpower.
- Regular follow-up with offered candidates and make sure they join or if found any lack of commitment to join the same has to be noted and replaced ASAP
- Updating and formulating JD & KRA for new designations and updating employee files periodically
- Comprehensive employee reference check for all new joiners and documenting the same.
Training and Development- Preparation of training materials and maintaining all training records.
- Coordinating the entire Training process and collecting Feedback for better improvement.
- Evaluation of training feedback and arranging retraining if required.
- Preparation of Annual training calendar and training plan as per training needs.
Payroll Management- Having overall experience handling payroll process.
- Verification of Attendance report and leave report before processing payroll.
- Deduction of EPF, ESI, PT & etc on salary basis and sending the salary statement for bank transfer.
- Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
- Full & final Settlement of resigned employees; preparing balance of payments (salary, Gratuity & leave encashment)
- Coordinating for revision of employee compensation
