What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, specifically related to budgets and projects.
- Process oriented: Demonstrable commitment to implementing and following processes, documentation etc.
- Great working knowledge of corporate law, finance and taxes, be able to create and understand such documents. Fairly tech savvy, proficient at using the Internet, web browsers, word processors, spreadsheets and demonstrable technical aptitude, quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
- Intelligent with good logical reasoning and great attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.
- Command over one or more languages amongst Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malyalam preferred.
- Prior experience working with successful entrepreneur(s) preferred.
What should I have graduated in?
- Graduate with some years of experience managing people.
- AI experience is an added plus.
