Job Title: HR Generalist 

Key Responsibilities:

Open for Night shift

Who has handled APAC, LATAM, EMEA region

Understands the overseas Culture and Leaves policy. (Not all the countries but atleast one or two)

 • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives and legal requirements.

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions and ensure that new employees receive a warm welcome and a smooth transition into the company.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with Overseas labour laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with any changes that may impact the company.

• Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

Good In communication and English

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in an IT company

. • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

 • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
