Job Description

The responsibilities would include the following but not limited to the same:

  • •Preparation of JDs and sourcing of candidates.

  • •Research and industry mapping to manage hiring.

  • •Client management.

  • •MIS preparation & HR Data management.

  • •Helping in HR Advisory services to clients.

  • •Managing HR Outsourcing services for clients.

  • •Working as per KRA’s assigned on quarterly basis.
