The job role involves working full time from
office. The prospective candidate will be an HR Generalist responsible for :
1) Creating a national data base of prospective candidates/ employees for the company's field sales team.
2) Collaborating with these prospective candidates to ultimately hire right talent for the company.
3) communicating with employees from time to time and providing critical feedback to the management in improving work environment
4) Joining and exit formalities and documentation of employees
5) Managing health insurance, term insurance and all related work for the well being of employees
6) Specifically tracking the company assets provided to employees (example laptops, cars, mobile phones etc.) and ensuring timely insurance, services and support through collaborating with the service providers
7) Tracking birthdays of employees, office celebrations and corporate gifts for customers and employees from time to time or as per need.
8) Creating offer letters, increment letters, promotion letters and maintaining all related documentation in the company as per business need.
