Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on team expansion, recruitments, and tie-ups with colleges/universities
2. Handling various job portals, shortlisting, screening & interviewing candidates
3. Updating the company's HR policy and various rulebooks which are going to be the DNA of the company in the long run
4. Working on administrative work, attendance management, and payroll management
5. Working on productivity enhancement, employee motivation, and culture building
6. Working on candidates onboarding, salary negotiation, and employee retention
Skill(s) required

Other requirements
1. Should have good communication and Social Skills.
2. Should have basic theoretical knowledge of HR Domain. (Attendance Management, Payroll Management, Performance Management etc.)
