About The Team & Business Line

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role

• You will ensure quality and timely HR shared services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams
• You will Support, implement and modify HR processes to align with the employee journeys and HR digitization journey
• You will act as a change agent to drive HR digitization and process improvements with design thinking
• You will review and implement processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements 
  
  

About You

• You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications
• You have the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions
• You must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• You have the ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
• You are highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
• You have experience with Oracle HRIS (EBS)
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have 6-7 years’ experience working within an Human Resources group or as an admin assistant
