Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process as per the HR policy. (recruiting, testing, and interviewing;   counselling HR on candidate selection.) 
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other  2. partners.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares a budget of human resources operations.
  • Update office policies as needed to maintain cleanliness and discipline.
  • Supervise and Ensure the delivery of goods 
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
