Job Description

HR Intern Reports to SME

Job purpose

The HR Counsellor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback. They use unbiased, non-judgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level. This, in turn, forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.

Duties and responsibilities

* Conduct Exit interviews to understand the root cause of attrition
* Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
* Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
* Document the information captured in the system.
* Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
* Escalate all issues to the Team Leads

Qualifications

* B.A./M.A. (B.Sc./M.Sc.)Psychology or
* M.B.A - HR or
* PGD in HR

Competencies:

* Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English
* Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
* Typing - 30 wpm.
* Listening & Probing skills.
* Decision-Making skills
* Time Management (12 - 18 interviews)
* Enthusiastic people who can gel in with the vibrant crowd here.
