Job Description
About the Role : Addhuri Events is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support HR functions remotely. This is a paid internship offering hands on experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Responsibilities :
Assist with recruitment including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Support onboarding activities for new hires including preparing orientation materials
Assist in updating HR databases and employee records
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
Provide administrative support such as filing documents and managing HR correspondence
Requirements:
Currently Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills.
