Key responsibilities:

Work on multiple roles for various clients on IT and Non-IT requirements
- Successfully close the role mandates in a speedy manner
- Source, call and screen, schedule the candidates from junior most to senior
roles
- Complete follow up and ensure the interviews, client follow ups and closing
the loop effectively with zero leakage in a prompt manner
- Ensure good client relationship for the business and additional growth on
regular basis
- Work with candidates for support, follow up and maintain them warm for
joining the organisations
- Timely and accurate reporting the Management in a transparent and accountable
manner
Key Skills
- Good communications skills - written & Spoken
- Good skills in MS office & Internet (Excel, Word, PPT)
- An organized and disciplined personality who can work under pressure to
deliver urgent and critical mandates
- Self-driven, positive attitude and motivated with a sense of accountability
towards work and organization
- Experience and ability to work on multiple roles and priorities, and
efficiently manage the workload for the successful closures
