Job Description: We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

Responsibilities: 

a. Mentor Engagement Program:

• Introduce Designerrs Mentorship Program to Mentor from Tier 1 and 2 Companies
• Grow Database of Mentor & Engage them for long time
• Coordinate communication with Trainer and schedule interviews
• Ensure Welcoming and hospitality of the Trainers
• Onboard New Trainers and allocate the resources they need for training.

b. Placement Program:

• Grow Database for companies hiring UI UX Designers
• Engage with them for their hiring needs
• Assist the Management team with building a good relationship with placement partners

Skills required: 

• Experience as a similar junior HR or HR Intern role is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office
• Good understanding of complete Recruitment cycle
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills
• Masters in Human Resources Management or similar field or Bachelors' degree in HRM or Psychology.
