Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2. Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Generate HR reports using MS Excel, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations
6. Assist in employee engagement activities, such as organizing team-building events and recognition programs
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing documentation and scheduling meetings
