Job Description

Promote & handle Recruitment /Staffing Services in the region
Key Account Management by handling 'End-to-End' recruitment
Understand the requirements of the position based on
client assignment briefings.
Sourcing via various recruitment sources like head
hunt, network etc and conduct an initial screening of resumes
to check for candidate-position match based on work
experience, qualifications etc.
Conduct telephonic interviews (telephonic/ personal) to access
candidates for job match
Ensure closure of positions within target hire date
through rigorous follow-ups and coordination
Stipend will be provided for the first Six months, Performers will be absorbed

Requirements

Good in English, Kannada, Hindi Speaking
Eager to work hard
Any Qualification
Any Age limit
